Description: This part covers sections V and VI and small parts of section IV of this article. The main portion of the last part was the dimensional reduction of the 4D Quantum Hall Effect (QHE) to the 3D time-reversal invariant (TRI) topological insulator. Section V covers the dimensional reduction of 4D QHE to the 2D TRI topological insulator. Finally, section 6 covers the “family tree” of topological insulators and various dimensions. It shows that it is not possible to perform dimensional reduction more than twice to get a topological phase.
